At this time, Tropical Plants of Florida does not accept returns on plants, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition as we inspect and approve each plant prior to shipment.
If your plant arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through the form below. Make sure to contact us before 30 days from your purchase. Please include your name, order number, email, and attach at least one photo of your damaged plant in your message and we will respond as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
